Club Mission
The Dartmouth Club of South Florida is dedicated to developing a strong and enduring club structure to further the interests, welfare, and educational purposes of Dartmouth College. As long as the club exists and Dartmouth College remains organized exclusively for charitable, educational, or scientific purposes, we strive to make a positive impact.
Join us for Exciting Social Events and Engaging Activities
At the Dartmouth Club of South Florida, we believe in creating a vibrant community. Throughout the year, we host a variety of social events and gatherings. From lectures by notable Dartmouth grads to football watch parties, from networking events to social mixers, there's something for everyone. We also collaborate with other Ivy League clubs in the area to jointly sponsor significant events, expanding our network beyond the Dartmouth family.
Supporting Education and Outstanding Students
We are committed to supporting education in our community. Each year, we present the Dartmouth Book Award to an exceptional 11th-grade student in over 40 high schools in our area, recognizing their achievements and encouraging academic excellence.
Advocating for Dartmouth Applicants
We take pride in our active role in supporting applicants to Dartmouth College from our region. Our dedicated Club ensures that every Dartmouth applicant is given the opportunity to be interviewed by an alumni representative. We warmly welcome Early Decision acceptees and their families at our annual holiday brunch. Additionally, we organize an Accepted Students Event in April, where we greet and encourage all acceptees and their families to choose Dartmouth. Before these students embark on their journey to Hanover, we host a special "Send Off" event, providing valuable information to both students and parents, ensuring a smooth transition.
Become a Member
We do not charge dues—our club operates on a pay-as-you-go basis, so you’re welcome to join us for any event that interests you. All donations we receive go directly toward supporting our Book Awards and helping young alumni and current students attend our Holiday Luncheon. Your participation and support play an important role in strengthening our local Dartmouth community. We hope to see you at an upcoming event!
